Pastor John Davidson

Prior to becoming lead pastor at Evangel Temple, John served the Assemblies of God as a Director at Church Multiplication Network, helping to plant churches across the country. Prior to that, John served in multiple pastoral roles, including many years on the pastoral staff at Oaks Church in Red Oak, TX. John's passion for Christian higher education has also led him to serve as director of The Alliance for Assemblies of God Higher Education, director of The Oaks School of Leadership, and as a faculty member at multiple universities. He is a graduate of Evangel University and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, where he earned a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies. John is married to Lynette and has two incredible kids, Breanna and Brant.
